27. January 2025 | CEE Group drives growth with Franjo Salic as new CIO
The CEE Group is reorganizing its management team as part of its successful growth strategy. Franjo Salic will take on the position of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in addition to his previous role as Head of M&A.
13. January 2025 | After successful exits: CEE Group merges renewables assets of three existing portfolios into new €500m repowering fund
- All three investment vehicles CEE RF1, RF2 and RF3 generated attractive exit yields at project level
- New repowering fund CEE RF9 will almost triple energy production by repowering at least 29 opterational assets
- Article 9 fund targets a return (IRR) of approx. 10% at base case
25. November 2024 | With a 20-year corporate PPA: CEE Group acquires 102 MWp solar PV park in Saxony-Anhalt
- Solar PV park with an installed capacity of 102 MWp: construction started in September 2024, planned commissioning in April 2025
- 80 percent of the energy generated will be sold at a fixed price over 20 years
- Complements the portfolio of CEE RF7 and CEE RF8
10. July 2024 | Second investment for new CEE fund: CEE Group acquires 102.5 MWp solar park in southern Spain
The CEE Group, a Hamburg-based asset manager specializing in renewable energies, acquires a PV project in San Pedro del Pinatar in the Region of Murcia, in southern Spain, with its newly launched CEE Renewable Fund 8 (CEE RF8 for short). The solar park with a total peak capacity of 102.5 MWp is currently in the construction phase and is scheduled to be connected to the grid in the second half of 2025.

- 101 renewable energy projects: CEE Group’s portfolio now comprises a total of 54 solar parks and 47 wind parks with a total capacity of 1.9 GW
- Total output increased by 25 percent: CEE Group expands capacity of its renewable energy projects to 1.9 gigawatts
- CEE Group’s assets under management rise to over 2.6 billion euros: Eighth CEE Group Renewable Fund to reach target volume of 750 million euros
